US Airways has announced it will close the Boston pilot domicile and cut mainline flights into Boston to only 25 flights a day. This reduction could lead to the loss of nearly 400 jobs at US Airways alone. If you are employed at Boston Logan Airport your job may be in jeopardy as well.

All businesses dealing with travel to or from the airport, as well as services at the airport will be affected. The Shuttle will be downgraded to smaller, less-capable aircraft, dispatched from other cities, impacting reliability.
